In the early 1980’s Peter Hong started ABBA Int’l LLC, establishing and managing 9 successful brick and mortar locations across the US from 1983 to 1987.

With his strong foresight into the shift of the import/export world, Peter shifted his business’ focus as a distributor for renowned furniture companies, Baker Furniture Co. and Henredon Furniture Co., from 1990 to 1998. His commitment to excellence led him to forge partnerships with international giants, including Bosch Co. from Germany, spanning from 1991 to 1998.

Peter expanded into the world of appliances, becoming the distributor for AMANA APPLIANCE CO in Amana, Iowa, from 1993 to 1999. Simultaneously, he ventured into electronics, serving as the distributor for Mitsubishi Electronics Co. 

His innovative spirit didn’t stop there. Peter continued with a strategic collaboration with Bydsign Electronics Co. in Japan. This partnership paved the way for supplying televisions to the renowned US-based retailer BEST BUY CO.

Most recently, Peter brings his experience and resilience to distributing Costco Warehouse Returns internationally. Throughout his career, Peter Hong demonstrated an unwavering commitment to delivering quality products and services, leaving an indelible mark on the industries he touched.
